This feminine cow's mother is a wonderful Frank Doherty branded cow and a daughter of Frank's last bull, Double Tex.
Silk & Satin has a picture perfect udder and is an excellent, very gentle mother. Her daughters are delightful. She is being bred back to Purple Sage for 2007.
Her lovely 2006 Purple Sage heifer named Smooth As Silk was purchased by Doug Pence, Augusta, KS.
Silk & Satin had another look alike heifer for 2007 that is already beginning to roan in. She is being bred to Purple Sage for spring 2008.
