Ozarks Santa Catalina has been a wonderful foundation of our herd. Her sire, Cross Over is a full brother to the famous bull, Senator. We have found she crosses well on every bull we have put her with and her cross with Roundup's Purple Sage, is exceptional.
Her Easy Street KK daughter, Petra is over 60" tip to tip and is now owned by Yount Longhorns, Liberal, MO. Her 2004 Zydeco bull, Konza, went to ASOCL Longhorns in Texas.
Her fabulous 2006 Roundup's Purple Sage heifer, Roundup's Favorite, has been purchased by Jon & Cindy Johnson, Dakota Longhorns, Worthing South Dakota. They are planning on taking her to the 2007 Horn Showcase as her horns have not slowed down...
Ozarks Santa Catalina has a 2007 red & white lineback bull, full brother to Roundup's Favorite. After seeing what his sister has done, he is a definite herd sire prospect.
Catalina is being bred back to Roundup's Purple Sage for a spring 2008 calf.
