This beautiful cow is an example Purple Sage across the Overwhelmer bloodline. Her 2004 daughter, Obsidian (by Zydeco) and her 2005 Roundup's Purple Sage heifer, PL Favors Flaming Star, were purchased by Carroll & Donna Poppen, Rochester, Minnesota. At the time, Obsidian was bred to our Zydeco X Milk & Honey bull, Kamikaze and the resulting calf, PL Barbaro went on to win at the 2007 Horn Showcase. Her 2006 daughter, Double Stuff was purchased by Billy & Ann Mitchell, Quien Sabe Bar L Ranch, Midland Texas. Her 2007 daughter by Roundup's Purple Sage named One Red Shoe, is now owned by Mike & Edith Grasha, Just ME Longhorns, Texas. Her 2008 daughter, Sage's Purple Shoes, is owned by Bill & Sandy Martin, Running Arrow Farm, Wellington, TX.
