This long, smooth cow has a pedigree heavy in Overwhelmer that is an excellent cross with Purple Sage. She is very gentle, loves range cubes and has a perfect udder. We used her 2004 Zydeco son, Kamikaze, purchased by Rick Friedrich, Houston, TX, on our heifers in 2005. He had one son, PL Barbaro, that measured a whopping 37" tip to tip at one year of age and went on to win the 2007 Horn Showcase. PL Barbaro was owned by Carroll & Donna Poppen, Rochester, MN. She had a lovely Purple Sage heifer named Sage's Honey, born February 28, 2006 that was purchased by Doug Pence, Augusta, KS. Her 07 daughter, Sage's Jewel, is a beautiful Roundup's Purple Sage daughter with wonderful horns. She has a wonderful 2008 bull by Roundup's Purple Sage, Sage's Victory, that was purchased by Duane & Lori Reichard, Rantoul, KS.
